Ride 1: East River
Today I had a lot of fun and enjoy taking pictures of the bridges as well as coming down the hills. I did not like going up the hills and ramps especially on the stairs ramp because it made my feet hurt. Today I leaned that you use the lower gears when going up hills and or ramps.
